Welcome to Vandal Yard ("the Site"). By accessing or using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. About the Service

Vandal Yard is a free, community-driven digital graffiti art platform. Users can create artwork using virtual spray paint tools and share their creations on a public gallery ("The Wall"). No account is required.

2. User Conduct

By using Vandal Yard, you agree NOT to upload, post, or share content that:

• Is hateful, threatening, harassing, or discriminatory toward any individual or group based on race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, religion, disability, or any other protected characteristic.
• Contains obscene, pornographic, or sexually explicit material.
• Promotes violence, terrorism, self-harm, or illegal activities.
• Infringes on the intellectual property, copyright, or trademark rights of others.
• Contains personal information of others without their consent (doxxing).
• Is spam, advertising, or commercial solicitation.
• Contains malicious code, scripts, or attempts to exploit the platform.

3. Content Moderation

Vandal Yard reserves the right to remove any content at any time, for any reason, without prior notice. We actively moderate The Wall and will remove content that violates these terms. Repeated violations may result in access restrictions.

4. User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of the artwork you create. By posting to The Wall, you grant Vandal Yard a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display, reproduce, and distribute your artwork on the platform. You may download your own artwork at any time.

5. No Warranty

Vandal Yard is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Site will be available, uninterrupted, or error-free. We are not responsible for any loss of artwork or data. Content on The Wall is automatically removed after the gallery reaches capacity.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vandal Yard and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site.

7. Privacy, Cookies & Advertising

Vandal Yard does not require registration. Artist names shown on The Wall are optional and user-provided.

We and our third-party partners use cookies and similar technologies for analytics and advertising. Specifically:

• Google Analytics sets cookies to measure traffic and usage (page views, sessions, general location, device type) so we can improve the Site.
• Google AdSense and its partners set cookies to serve ads and, where applicable, personalize them. Google may use advertising identifiers as described in Google's Privacy & Terms.

Visitors in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, and Switzerland are shown a consent banner and can accept, decline, or manage non-essential cookies before they are set. You can also control cookies through your browser settings. We do not sell personal information.

We may update these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

To report content that violates these guidelines, or for questions about these terms, please use the contact method posted on this page. A dedicated reporting channel is being set up; in the meantime, offending content is reviewed and removed regularly.
