This Privacy Policy explains how Vandal Yard ("we," "us," the "Site" — vandalyard.com) handles information when you use our free digital graffiti platform. By using the Site, you agree to this policy.

Vandal Yard does not require registration or accounts, and we do not ask for your name, email, or other personal identifiers to use the app. The limited information involved is:

• Content you create and post. Artwork you post to The Wall, plus an optional title and artist tag name you choose. These are public. Don't include personal information in them.
• Usage & device data. Standard analytics such as pages viewed, approximate location (country/region), browser and device type, and referring pages — collected via cookies and similar technologies (see below).
• Messages you send us. If you use our contact form, we receive what you submit so we can respond or act on reports.

2. Cookies and similar technologies

We and our third-party partners use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies for analytics and advertising. You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings, and manage ad personalization through the opt-out links in Section 4.

3. Third-party advertising (Google AdSense)

• Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites.
• Google's use of advertising cookies (including the DoubleClick / Google advertising cookie) enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visits to this Site and/or other sites on the internet.

5. Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how the Site is used (aggregate traffic, popular pages, general geography, device type). This helps us improve the experience. You can opt out with the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

6. Children's privacy

Vandal Yard is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will remove it.

7. Data retention

Artwork on The Wall is public and rotates off automatically as the gallery reaches capacity. Contact messages are kept only as long as needed to respond. We do not sell personal information.

8. Your rights

Depending on your location (e.g., under GDPR or CCPA), you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you, or to object to certain processing. Because we do not maintain accounts, we hold very little that identifies you; contact us with any request and we'll do our best to assist.
